After completing all the 5 steps above, configure emails (which will be sent to site admin , event owners and event bookers) and messages (which gets displayed when user book event, cancel event,withdraw request, under waiting list, booking successful etc…)

1. First of all configure mails and messages in your Joomla admin under Global Configuration.

  • Login to your Joomla admin
  • Go to Components => Yendif Events => Global Configuration
  • Fill the below fields and save
PropertyDescription
From name The sender name in the email sent to Bookers.
From e-mail The sender email in the email sent to Bookers.
Notification e-mails If you want to use multiple emails, add each email id in one line.

2. Finally you need to configure mails and messages in your Joomla admin under Yendif Events Mails and Messages.

  • Login to your Joomla admin
  • Go to Components => Yendif Events => Mails and Messages
  • Fill the below fields and save

Invite friends to book for the event Subject of the mail sent as invitation to many users to book an event.
Send reminder to attendees Subject of the mail sent to users those who booked an event.
Notify admin on withdrawal request Subject of the mail sent to admin when user sent a withdrawal request.
