As on the title.
How can I turn off the box with event details in the event view.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Sorry, this cannot be enabled/disabled from our "Global Configuration" menu.

Alternatively, you can edit the following file and remove the mark-up related to the details section.
{root}/components/com_yendifevents/views/event/tmpl/default.php

Maybe there is another way to resolve my problem.
I wanted turn off event details box because there is problem with capacity/available seats numbers.
If participant booked for an event there is still maximum capacity displayed. It looks like counting seats doesn't work.
You know how to solve it? What the problem could it be?

The "Capacity" information in the event detail page just displays the actual capacity you've configured for the event. Only the "Available Seats" count gets updated when a participant book (status=completed) for the event.
